Terrific vintage Santa Clause figure with composition face and boots, felt and satin costume, standing on a mica-covered base. The is a nice example in a good size. Japan, circa 1930. 7" tall. Excellent condition, a little bending to the cardboard base.

Wonderful vintage children's Christmas storybook, "Jolly Santa Claus". The cover is printed in full color with a depiction of Santa arriving wiht a decorated tree and a load of toys. The interior has another full-color plate depicting Santa driving his team of reindeer toward his castle at the North Pole. Nearly every page has a black-and-white illustration. The stories are not restricted to Christmas, and include jingles, poems, historical stories, tales, etc. The book was published by M.A. Donohue & Co. of Chicago. All the pages are intact; the book has the usual wear around the edges of the covers. Circa 1910. 9-13/16" x 7-5/8".

Outstanding life-colored German Dresden candy container in the form of a football. This is a terrifically detailed piece with the texture of pigskin, laces, seams, etc. Some of the raised seams have some losses, but otherwise, this piece is in nice condition. One side also has initials painted on it--probably those of the lucky child who first found this hanging on the Christmas tree. Approximately 3" long. Circa 1930s.

Cute painted cast iron Easter bunny, probably by Hubley. Very nice quality and weight and good painted details. Circa 1920s. Excellent condition, no paint loss. 3" tall.

Really fun hard plastic Easter Bunny bank. The rabbit is dressed in a baseball uniform, complete with a ball cap. He holds a baseball bat and a ball. Unmarked, but probably by Rosbro. Circa 1950s. Excellent condition. 11-3/4" tall.

Fantastic hard plastic candy container in the shape of a hen sitting on a nest. Candies are inserted in the hole in the breast. When the tail is moved up and down, the candies are dispensed out of the bottom of the nest. Perfect for egg-shaped jelly beans! Marked "1964 Ideal Toy Corp." Excellent condition. Size: 6" long, 3-1/2" wide, 8" tall.

Outstanding composition goose Easter candy container. The neck removes to reveal the opening for the candy. This container is of the highest quality--it has painted metal feet, and a wooden dowel to hold the head in place. Unmarked, but definitely German. Circa 1930. Excellent condition, a little paint rubbing on metal feet. 3-1/4" long, 2-7/8" tall.

Very good vintage beaded glass Christmas ornament in the shape of a bicycle. The body is silver with red and blue accents and the tires are yellow. Czech, circa 1920s. Condition: excellent. Size: 4" long.

Old Little Red Riding Hood candy container. The pressed paper front shows Red Riding Hood walking with a seemingly docile wolf on her way to Grandmother's house. The candy box affixed to the back has a slide opening much like a match box. the back is marked "Made In Germany." 3" x 1" x3-1/4" tall. Circa 1930s.

Wonderful vintage tin Easter basket with colorful lithographs of nursery rhymes including Little Bo Peep, The Cat and The Fiddle, and Peter Pumpkin Eater. The bottom is marked with J. Chein's mark.

Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: a very small ding on the side, paint rubs along rim, lithographed areas are in terrific condition with bright color. Size: 7-3/4" diameter; 8" high.

Rare hard plastic Easter Rooster pull toy by Rosbro. This is an older version of the toy and has its original red and green wheeled platform. He even has what appears to be his original pull string. Circa 1950. Excellent condition. 6" tall.

Vintage blown glass standard clown ornament nicely decorated in vivid pink and green paint with a fleshtone face. Excellent condition. 4-3/4" tall.

Vintage glass candy container in the form of an airplane. The wings are marked "Army Bomber 15-P-7". Excellent condition, except for a 1/8" flake on edge of the plane's tail. 4-1/4" x 4-3/8". 1940s.

This terrific boxed set of 10 hard plastic Christmas decorations is in perfect never used condition. The box describes them as an: "Unbreakable Plastic Christmas Tree Decoration Assortment." The box is marked "Trade Mark, Bradford, Pat. Applied For."

This set includes 5 clip on a branch or clip on a light cord candles,( possibly Christmas light covers), 3 singing carolers, and 2 praying angels. These hard plastic Christmas ornaments have become difficult to find.

Vintage lithographed tin Halloween rattle noisemaker decorated with eight jack o'lanterns, each having a different face. Marked "T. Cohn Inc. Made In U.S.A." Circa 1930s. Nice condition, a few surface scratches and a bit of rust on the back side. 4-1/2" long.

This Matchless star Christmas light has amber glass prisms and a cobalt blue glass gem. This is one of the less common color combinations. The base is bakelite and the bulb is C-6. These star lights were manufactured by the Matchless Electic Co. of Chicago, circa 1930. This light is 2 inches in diameter and in working condition. Condition: excellent.

The edges are decorated with jack o'lanterns, owls, bats and black cats. Marked "US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made In U.S.A." Very nice condition, some scratching where metal clappers hit against pan, very light rust on the unpainted clappers. Circa 1940s. 7-7/8" long.

Super vintage celluloid pop-up toy. It's one of the cutest celluloid Easter items I've seen. Mrs. Chick is dresed in a blue and white polka dot dress that conceals a coiled spring that allows her to bob up and down. All her costume is original. Unmarked, but probably American. Circa 1920s. Outstanding condition, no holes or dents. 4" tall.

A fun set of vintage Christmas ornaments depicting circus characters--a ringmaster, a strong man, a clown, an animal trainer, and a pair of flying acrobats. The ornaments are made from canvas and wood enhanced with painted details and fabric clothing.

Terrific wire-wrapped vintage glass Christmas ornament with four colorful angel scraps. The ornament hangs from the crinkle wire instead of the usual metal cap. Excellent condition, wiring intact. Size: 2-3/4" diameter.

Nice vintage German Dresden-type papier-mache Easter egg candy container decorated with a bright scene of chicks dying Easter eggs. The inside is marked "Container Made in Western Germany". Circa 1950's. Excellent condition, a few small spots of wear to the paper, but nothing terrible distracting. 6" long.

This vintage zepplin C-6 Christmas light is in working condition, flying the US flag. This is a must have light for that patriotic red, white, and blue Christmas collection! The paint is in equal condition on both sides. The light is 2 1/2 inches long. Circa 1930's.
