A delightful vintage Halloween bisque figure in the form of a broom-carrying witch and her black cat. Items such as this were used as table decorations, but itβs also possible that they were filled with small candies through the hole in the bottom, then sealed with paper and given as party favors. The witch, with her pasty complexion, gaping mouth, and crossed eyes really looks more like a space alien than a traditional witch. Only her broom and black cat betray her true nature!

A nice lithographed tin spinning top toy with a design of children playing with dogs, chicks, rabbits and pigs. The lower sides and the very top are decorated in a patriotic pattern of red, white and blue stripes and stars. The bottom is marked by Ohio Art. Working condition.
Origin: America, 1950s. Condition: very good, normal paint wear from play. Size: 7-1/2β diameter; 7-1/2β tall.
Extremely rare red, white and blue blown glass garland perfect for your patriotic Christmas tree. Most bead garlands have painted color, but these are unusual in that the blue and white stripes are actually blown into the glass. These stripes are accented with painted red and gold indents. In fact, this is the only garland I've seen that was made of colored glass! Also note that the beads are graduated and become larger toward the center of the garland.
Origin: Germany, 1920s. Condition: most silvering is worn away; about half of the pikes have some chipping. Size: 27" long.

A delightful set of six vintage composition turkey place card holders for the Thanksgiving table.
