A nice lithographed tin spinning top toy with a design of children playing with dogs, chicks, rabbits and pigs. The lower sides and the very top are decorated in a patriotic pattern of red, white and blue stripes and stars. The bottom is marked by Ohio Art. Working condition.

Origin: America, 1950s. Condition: very good, normal paint wear from play. Size: 7-1/2” diameter; 7-1/2” tall.

Cute vintage Halloween paper party napkins. The design features a parade of costume children knocking on a door to further fill their bulging candy sacks. 1940's. Excellent condition. 13" x 13".

Terrific hard plastic Easter candy container. A cute lamb pulls a card piloted by none other than Donald Duck. Two chicks ride in the card behind Donald. Unmarked, but probably by Rosbro. Circa 1950s. Excellent condition. 8" long, 4-3/4" tall.

Fun chenille chick in a pink pressed paper Easter Egg. Used as an Easter table decoration, it might also have been used as a candy container for jelly beans or other small candies. Unmarked, probably Japanese, circa 1930's. Great condition, except that some of the paper is unwiding from the wire feet. 2-1/2" tall.

Vintage Halloween paper party napkin featuring two hissing black cats, a haunted house and jack o'lanterns. Circa 1950s. Condition: excellent. Size: 14" x 14".

An unusual vintage Halloween wooden ratchet noisemaker decorated with a plastic black cat. This is the only old wooden ratchet we've seen with a plastic decoration. The ratchet is stained orange with a green clacker. The cat is marked "Made In Japan."

Vintage lithographed tin Halloween pan noisemaker, decorated in green, black, white and orange. The decorations include a witch, a ghost and a skeleton around a cauldron. The edges are decorated with jack o'lanterns, owls, bats and black cats. Marked "US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made In U.S.A." Very nice condition, some scratching where metal clappers hit against pan, very light rust on the unpainted clappers. Circa 1940s. 7-7/8" long.

Cute vintage hard plastic Easter candy container in the form of a bunny pushing a wheelbarrow perfectly sized for jelly beans. The painting is unusually detailed and gives this piece special appeal. Unmarked, but probably made by Rosbro, circa 1950s. Excellent condition; there is a manufacturing flaw on one ear. Size: 3-1/4" long; 4" tall.

Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: a very small ding on the side, paint rubs along rim, lithographed areas are in terrific condition with bright color. Size: 7-3/4" diameter; 8" high.

Nice vintage blown glass Christmas ornament in the form of a "Popcorn Head". Condition: near mint, excellent paint and silvering, no cracks or chips. Size: 2".

Great hard plastic "Easter Express" candy container/toy. Unmarked, but made by Rosbro. This is a great example of how the company made parts interchangeable so they could create new items by joining together a seemingly endless selection of rabbits, ducks, roosters, chicks, etc. Circa 1950. Excellent condition, there is a crack on the underside by the axle that appears to have happened at the factory, since it is completely secure and shows no signs of regluing. 8" long, 7-1/4" tall.

Vintage composition Easter chick candy container. The pull out bottom is marked "Made US Zone Germany." Terrific color and overall condition (there's a 1/2" paint flake on the top of the head.) 3-7/8" tall. This will be a nice addition to that special Easter basket. Circa 1948

Nice vintage German Dresden-type papier-mache Easter egg candy container decorated with a bright Easter Bunny scene. The inside is marked "Container Made in Western Germany". Circa 1950's. Excellent condition, a very small spot of wear to the paper on one side near the bunny's right foot and a little wear along rims. 4-1/4" long.
