Very nice vintage German blown glass clown Christmas ornament. Late 1940's--early 1950's. Excellent condition. 3-3/4" tall.

Vintage lithographed tin Halloween pan noisemaker, decorated in green, black, white and orange. The decorations include a witch, a ghost and a skeleton around a cauldron. The edges are decorated with jack o'lanterns, owls, bats and black cats. Marked "US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made In U.S.A." Very nice condition, some scratching where metal clappers hit against pan, very light rust on the unpainted clappers. Circa 1940s. 7-7/8" long.

Vintage blown glass accordian Christmas ornament. Two sides of the accordian show the keyboards while the other two sides show the bellows. Germany, 1930s. Excellent silvering and paint. No cracks or chips. 3-1/4" tall.

Great hard plastic "Easter Express" candy container/toy. Unmarked, but made by Rosbro. This is a great example of how the company made parts interchangeable so they could create new items by joining together a seemingly endless selection of rabbits, ducks, roosters, chicks, etc. Circa 1950. Excellent condition, original "grass". 8" long, 7-1/4" tall.

Rare hard plastic Easter Rooster pull toy by Rosbro. This is an older version of the toy and has its original red and green wheeled platform. He even has what appears to be his original pull string. Circa 1950. Excellent condition. 6" tall.

Excellent condition, there is a crack on the underside by the axle that appears to have happened at the factory, since it is completely secure and shows no signs of regluing. 8" long, 7-1/4" tall.

An unusual vintage Halloween wooden ratchet noisemaker decorated with a plastic black cat. This is the only old wooden ratchet we've seen with a plastic decoration. The ratchet is stained orange with a green clacker. The cat is marked "Made In Japan."

Terrific hard plastic Easter candy container. A cute lamb pulls a card piloted by none other than Donald Duck. Two chicks ride in the card behind Donald. Unmarked, but probably by Rosbro. Circa 1950s. Excellent condition. 8" long, 4-3/4" tall.

Cute lithographed tin Easter basket decorated with a festive market scene. Some paint rubs,rust spots, and bends in the handle, but nice bright color. 5-1/4" diam., 6" tall.

A vintage bisque Halloween candy container in the form of a black cat rubbing up against a jack o'lantern. The porcelain is heavier than many bisque items, suggesting it is of American origin.

Wonderful vintage tin Easter basket with colorful lithographs of nursery rhymes including Little Bo Peep, The Cat and The Fiddle, and Peter Pumpkin Eater. The bottom is marked with J. Chein's mark.

Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: a very small ding on the side, paint rubs along rim, lithographed areas are in terrific condition with bright color. Size: 7-3/4" diameter; 8" high.

Vintage composition Easter chick candy container. The pull out bottom is marked "Made US Zone Germany." Terrific color and overall condition (there's a 1/2" paint flake on the top of the head.) 3-7/8" tall. This will be a nice addition to that special Easter basket. Circa 1948

Cute vintage hard plastic Easter candy container in the form of a bunny pushing a wheelbarrow perfectly sized for jelly beans. The painting is unusually detailed and gives this piece special appeal. Unmarked, but probably made by Rosbro, circa 1950s. Excellent condition; there is a manufacturing flaw on one ear. Size: 3-1/4" long; 4" tall.

Fun lithographed tin Easter basket by Chein. The outside is decorated with scenes from nursery rhymes including "Little Bo Peep", "Hey Diddle Diddle" and "Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater". The bottom is marked with Chein's logo.

Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: excellent, a little paint scuffing along the rim and a 1/4" rust spot on the side. Size: 5-3/4" diameter, 5-1/2" high.

Colorful hard plastic lollipop holder in the form of a clown on wheels. This piece, intended for either Christmas or Easter, is very difficult to find. Made by Rosbro.

Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: excellent, no cracks, a little paint wear on the nose, a small scratch on the side of one leg, and discoloration to the glue joining the halves. Size: 6-1/2” tall.
