This terrific boxed set of 10 hard plastic Christmas decorations is in perfect never used condition. The box describes them as an: "Unbreakable Plastic Christmas Tree Decoration Assortment." The box is marked "Trade Mark, Bradford, Pat. Applied For."
This set includes 5 clip on a branch or clip on a light cord candles,( possibly Christmas light covers), 3 singing carolers, and 2 praying angels. These hard plastic Christmas ornaments have become difficult to find.

Outstanding life-colored German Dresden candy container in the form of a football. This is a terrifically detailed piece with the texture of pigskin, laces, seams, etc. Some of the raised seams have some losses, but otherwise, this piece is in nice condition. One side also has initials painted on it--probably those of the lucky child who first found this hanging on the Christmas tree. Approximately 3" long. Circa 1930s.

A set of three vintage bisque candy containers in the form of a basket and a black cat with a Halloween orange neck ribbon. These would have been filled with small candies and given as party favors. The bottoms are stamped "Japan."

Extremely rare red, white and blue blown glass garland perfect for your patriotic Christmas tree. Most bead garlands have painted color, but these are unusual in that the blue and white stripes are actually blown into the glass. These stripes are accented with painted red and gold indents. In fact, this is the only garland I've seen that was made of colored glass! Also note that the beads are graduated and become larger toward the center of the garland.
Origin: Germany, 1920s. Condition: most silvering is worn away; about half of the pikes have some chipping. Size: 27" long.

Old Little Red Riding Hood candy container. The pressed paper front shows Red Riding Hood walking with a seemingly docile wolf on her way to Grandmother's house. Extra-large German Dresden-type papier-mache Easter egg candy container. The chromolithographed paper covering shows a wonderful assortment of roosters, hens, chicks, and of course, Easter rabbits. This is undoubtedly the largest Easter Egg candy container we've seen. The interior is lined with the traditional star patterned paper and the rims have a Dresden border. One end has the original string hanger. Marked "Germany". Circa 1920s. Very good condition, bright colors, about 30% loss of Dresden border. Size: 7-1/2" long, 5" wide.

Outstanding composition goose Easter candy container. The neck removes to reveal the opening for the candy. This container is of the highest quality--it has painted metal feet, and a wooden dowel to hold the head in place. Unmarked, but definitely German. Circa 1930.
